In facing the era of modernization where competition is getting tighter and technology is developing rapidly over time, organizations or companies are required to have an outstanding President Director who has the ability and skills to carry out the work that has been described by the company in the form of a job description , namely a description of the main duties, functions and The responsibility of the President Director in managing the organization for each field of work so that the goals of the organization can be achieved effectively and efficiently.

The President Director, who is the foundation of a company, has the ability to plan, organize, implement, delegate and supervise the normal running of the company. provide information to the wider community at both national and international levels regarding company prospectuses from the time the company was established until now. The decline in the President Director's work performance was caused by financial reports which should have been completed every Quarter 1, Quarter 2, Quarter 3 and Annually. Employee discipline applied in a company is an obligation that must be carried out by the President Director, to be applied to employees in the lower line, middle line and top line. Discipline enforcement within a company is strictly enforced. Employees in a company are required to come exactly at the time specified by the company. Arrive on time according to the schedule that has been prepared previously, by filling in the attendance list that has been provided, either manually or by using the latest attendance technology, namely using an attendance card, attendance that uses one part of the body's organs or as a whole. Starting from arrival time, rest time and return time. Enforcement of Discipline in Licensing when absent from work by means of written permission, sick leave by attaching a certificate from a doctor, annual leave permission, maternity leave permission for women and also permission to go on religious leave. Enforcement of discipline in completing work assigned by the Main Director according to the specified time.

 

Compensation is an award given by the company by referring to the regulations regarding the provision of compensation to the President Director in accordance with the Main Director's field of work in the organization or company where they work. Compensation is an encouragement for the President Director to complete work in a company. The President Director utilizes the knowledge they have gained throughout their life starting from Gynecology, Kindergarten, Elementary School, Middle School, High School, College and also education. obtained in the school's external environment, namely in the form of courses provided by institutions that manage and teach skills in a field of science. The organization or company provides compensation in the form of basic needs for the President Director such as the need for drinks, food, clothing, shelter, transportation and also the need for vacations with his beloved family. Apart from achieving the compensation of the President Director in an organization or company, the President Director can also achieve their needs in actualizing themselves in the organization or company. The Main Director's salary varies from one company to another. It is the exercise of authority and responsibility by giving them reasonable rights.

 

The job satisfaction of the President Director in an organization or company is the result of the work given to them in accordance with the instructions of an organization or company which is supported by the company's ability to facilitate the President Director in completing their work. The process of placing a President Director in accordance with their field of knowledge and expertise is a satisfaction for the President Director in a company, Enforcement of Discipline for the President Director in a company to shape them into President Directors who can comply with the regulations within a company. Health facilities provided by the company to achieve the health desired by the world of health for the President Director in a company and also the company's encouragement to satisfy the President Director.
